How it Works


Each month we will focus on a theme and you’ll have the chance to actually implement the topic into your life and experiment with it in a way that feels good to you. Real, sustainable change takes time. I want you to have that time and space...you so deserve it. 


This is a community of compassionate, growth-minded, kind, encouraging, and fun women who are willing to show up to their lives fully, do the hard work, and step out of their comfort zone. 


Since this is a slow coaching “membership”, my main intention is that you won’t be bombarded with loads of information, but instead, I’ll be creating space so that you can reconnect to yourself and hopefully feel more grounded, energized, and joyful.

Topics to look forward to 


We will learn how to befriend ourselves and cultivate self-compassion and grace with the person we spend the most time with (yes, that's you ;). Learning how to be more gentle and kind to yourself is a game-changer.

Our self-worth is connected to every choice we make...from the foods we choose to eat, the people we choose to date, how we spend our time, and so much more. Our worth is in our choices and that's why it's incredibly important to plant deep roots of self-worth. 

Our body is constantly speaking to us, but in an extremely loud and noisy world it's so hard to hear or feel the subtle messages and nudges. We must slow down, pay attention, and tune into our body in order to live with purpose, joy, and intention. 

With so many health fads and diets out there, let's keep things simple and focus on what you actually NEED to feel good (and no, it's not counting calories) and create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. These well-being pillars are backed up by research, are simple, and actually doable no matter what season of life you're in. 

When we are building an intentional and healthy lifestyle we can't without clear boundaries in place. We need boundaries with our time, with our energy, with others, and with ourselves in order to show up to life in a way that feels good to us. 

We will focus on your "why", get clear on your values, and prioritize what you want to focus on in this season of life. Keeping things simple, slowing down, and carving out space for what truly matters to us is how we create calm, healthy, and intentional lives.
